Apply for Your Degree Certificate

When you have completed your studies at Lund University you can apply for your degree certificate.

Important things to check before you apply:

Bachelor's or Master's degree certificate (first and second cycle)

• Only courses that are completed can be included in your degree. Please make sure they are reported correctly in Ladok.
• If you apply for a Master's degree and your Bachelor's degree has not been shown and accepted during the admission process, then we need to see the original to confirm the requirements for your Master's degree.
• Your certificate will be sent to the address you write on your application. If you change it after you have applied, please contact us at examen@stu.lu.se as soon as possible.

Licentiate or Doctoral degree certificate (third cycle)

• Please make sure that “all courses for licentiate/doctoral degree passed” have been reported in Ladok before you send in your application.
• Include in your application a copy of the cover of the thesis/dissertation where the title is shown. If the title is not in English please enclose an English translation.
