My Lund University Experience Photo contest 2013 - Vote today!

The ”My Lund University Experience” photo contest encourages current international students at Lund University to submit photos depicting their student experiences while studying here. Entries closed on 11 April 2013.

The voting process is now underway!

Rank your favourite photos (maximum 15 photos) using 20-100 points - higher points equal a higher ranking. Click here to view the photo entries and vote. The last day to vote is 12 May 2013.

The winners will be announced at the Farewell Ceremony for international students on 16 May 2013. The winning photographer (i.e. the person who took the photo that received the most points in the voting phase) will win an Apple iPad mini. Four runner-up photographers will win one Lund University hoodie each. 

Instagram Photo Challenge: Lund vs Uppsala

In January 2013, a student from Uppsala wrote to Uppsala University on Instagram: "@lunduniversity post so nice pictures! Come on @uppsalauniversity show that we can do even better!;)" Lund University took the bait and proposed a contest!

Through the hashtag #UppsalaVsLund we invite current students who live and/or study in Lund will help us to showcase Lund from its best side.

This is how it works:
Take a picture of something you like about your university: great museums, fine art, oldest gadgets, hottest buildings, graduation ceremonies, you name it.  Upload the image via Instagram (requires a smartphone). Tag with #UppsalaVsLund and the name of the university, for example #LU #lunduniversity #lundsuniversitet.

Remember to write what you have photographed. Geotags are welcome. Lund University has campus areas in Helsingborg and Malmö, so you can also upload photos from there as well.
