The academic year at Lund University is divided into two semesters (autumn and spring), each lasting 20 weeks. The autumn semester begins in August/September and the spring semester begins in January. The academic year runs from late August/early September through until early June, with summer holidays during June, July and August. The majority of the programmes at Lund commence in the autumn semester.
Students applying for international Master's programmes or Bachelor's programmes in English have the following application periods:

There is no specific application period for PhD studies. Contact the faculty you are interested in for details on how to apply for PhD studies.
