Summary, in English

This paper deals with the quality aspects of e-learning courseware as seen by different quality stakeholders. In 2011, researchers and practitioners from more than 12 countries joined an initiative called “epprobate” with the aim of building a consensus on how to create a quality label and related consultative services for those who wish to enhance the educational value of their e-learning courseware. The quality review process of epprobate involves an “extended” subject who reviews the quality of the courseware, within a wider perspective than that of the isolated expert and thus can come to better conclusions about its objective quality based on a process of interaction between relevant stakeholders. This paper aims to contextualise the parts of an epprobate review within a description of the wider systemic framework intended to enhance quality for e-learning courseware.
