Staff Training and Educational Development/CED within Human Resources has overall responsibility for university-wide management training and professional development at the University. In collaboration with the faculties, the unit also has special responsibility for qualifying training in higher education teaching and learning, teaching development and students’ learning, as well as for contributing to the development of knowledge within the field of higher education teaching and learning. The unit’s activities shall help improve the quality of leadership, teaching and staff performance at the University.
