Copenhagen and Helsingör in Denmark
Skåne is part of the Greater Copenhagen area – also known as the Öresund Region. Copenhagen is the capital city of Denmark.
There are regular trains between Copenhagen and Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. It takes less than an hour to get to the centre of Copenhagen from Lund and Malmö.
From Helsingborg you can also take a 20-minute ferry to the historic port city of Helsingör in Denmark.
