Celebrate Lund Culture Night at the University Library!

The University Library’s façade is illuminated in different colours after dark.

Experience the history of science, carnival, crafts and exciting entertainment. Activities for all ages will fill the Library and the surrounding park (Helgonabacken) during the night. Welcome!

Taking place during the Night

Trivia quiz at Helgonabacken for the whole family

Take a stroll through the surrounding park (Helgonabacken) and answer questions on everything under the sun. Everyone can help with the answers, whatever their age. We will draw and announce three winners afterwards. Great prizes!

Time: 16:00-20:30

Heavenly crafts

Take a break! Sit down and make your own kaleidoscope or embroider a motif from the University Library’s collections. Materials and help will be available on site all evening.

Time: 16:00-21:00

Coffee Cart

Take a coffee break during the evening outside the University Library! We will serve freshly roasted coffee made from handpicked Arabica beans from the Guatemalan highlands.

Time: 16:00-20:30

Light and Fire Show

Round off Lund Culture Night with a spectacular light and fire show outside the University Library! Experience acrobatics, fencing, juggling and fire in a fast-paced show for young and old alike. In the event of a fire ban, we will replace the fire elements with a magical LED show.

Time: 20:30-21:00
