Use this form if you are interested in becoming a note-taker but lack someone to share notes with.

We are glad that you are interested in an assignment as a note-taker!

The information is sent to the relevant coordinator at Disability Support Services, who will be notified that you are available for an assignment. The coordinator will get back to you when there is an assignment for you. The assignment involves sharing notes with up to three students.

Please note that you will need a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) in order to take on an assignment as a note-taker. A temporary personal identity number (TF-nummer) will not work.

Please note: If you study at Campus Helsingborg, you should choose this option, regardless of which faculty you belong to.

This field should only be filled in if you are reading a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme. If you are taking stand-alone courses, you can skip this field.
