Why did you choose Lund University?

I maintain close contact with several researchers at the Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship through our mutual participation in the European University Network on Entrepreneurship (ESU).

My primary motivation is the opportunity to deepen my collaboration with these colleagues, as the Centre is a key academic reference for entrepreneurship research and education in Europe.

Can you briefly describe your current research?

My research analyses both entrepreneurship education and the cognitive processes underlying entrepreneurial action.

Specifically, I have investigated entrepreneurial intentions and the personal and contextual factors that influence the translation from intention to new venture creation.

Currently, I am examining how gender stereotypes and personal values impact this intention-action gap.

What will be your main research focus during your time at Lund University?

My focus will be on collaborating with my colleagues in Lund to support the development of their ongoing projects.

I would particularly like to explore the possibility of adapting our current research to the Swedish context. This would provide a comparative perspective on the entrepreneurial process and its contextual influencing factors, adding considerable value to our existing research.
