Pro Vice-Chancellor Stacey Ristinmaa Sörensen
Stacey Ristinmaa Sörensen is the pro vice-chancellor for research and research infrastructure.
Stacey is a professor of physics at Lund University. Her research involves experimental studies of the electronic structures of molecules and nanoscale clusters. The experiments use multi-coincidence methods following laser or x-ray photoionisation.
She is a member of the advisory panels of e.g. the European XFEL in Hamburg, the SOLEIL synchrotron radiation facility in Paris and Nottingham University, and is a member of the Linnaeus University Board. She has held a number of other board positions, including at the Swedish Research Council and as vice-chair of MAX IV. For six years, Stacey was pro-dean at the Faculty of Science.
