Why did you choose Lund University?

Lund’s strengths in collider phenomenology, precision measurements, and New Physics searches, combined with its active LHC program make it an ideal environment for joint research and training initiatives.

Can you briefly describe your current research?

I perform measurements at the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider to extract the parameters of the Standard Model with utmost precision, probe proton structure, and search for New Physics via Effective Field Theory.

What will be your main research focus during your time at Lund University?

We will elevate and renew the long-standing DESY–Lund collaboration by integrating experimental results into a global, experiment-agnostic interpretation of LHC data, enhancing precision measurements and searches for New Physics.

Lund Global Visiting Professors' Programme is part of the Lund University Programme for Global Excellence, which is the University’s largest international recruitment initiative to date.
