In this course you will explore the core ideas of organisational theory and practice advanced problem solving. You will explore how organisational strategy, structure and culture draw people together, as well as the role of the environment, technology, power and decision-making in shaping what happens inside organisations.

You will also engage with critical perspectives and be challenged to develop an independent understanding of organisational trends.

Selection criteria

Seats are allocated according to the following: The general average (GPA) of your higher secondary school leaving certificate: 34 %, The Swedish national university aptitude test: 34 %, number of previous ECTS at the application deadline (up to 165): 32 %.
