Instructions
Compile the requested documents in a single PDF file (maximum 10 MB) in the following order:
1. The application summary page including the statement of purpose – the statement of purpose should reflect your ambition and interest in the field of architecture, and how you see the Lund programme within this context (the statement of purpose should only be included on the application summary page, not as a separate page). On the application summary page, you must also clearly state the full name of your Bachelor's degree and the name of the university from which you graduated.

2. Your CV of maximum one page – make sure to include your contact information.
3. Your portfolio – the portfolio should reflect the scope and variety of your previous training and represent your personal interests and abilities. The portfolio should show how you research and explore a design project and how you develop your ideas. When group projects and/or professional work is presented, clearly indicate and reflect on your own contribution.
Make sure that both the digital and print version of the PDF file are readable (in case we decide to print your portfolio for review).
Documents submitted in other formats and/or in separate files will not be considered.
Submission of the portfolio file
- Name the file using the following name format: last name_first name_application number
- Your application number is the number generated by University Admissions for your application.
- If you re-submit an updated/altered version of your file, rename by adding the date: (last name_first name_application number_ddmmyy).
Submission and deadline
Submit your portfolio by using our web form linked below. The deadline for submission is 2 February 2026. The web form will close at 24:00 CET. No late submissions will be accepted.
