The Nordic region’s largest centre for chemistry education & research

Kemicentrum is a dynamic study environment where students, teachers and researchers from across the field of chemistry come together. Advanced research laboratories are located side by side with modern teaching facilities, computer rooms and study areas. Teachers are easily accessible, creating an open learning environment. As a student, you will engage in an academic context with a strong sense of belonging – a place where you study, connect with others and develop.

Safe and stimulating learning environment

A significant part of your studies at Kemicentrum takes place in laboratory environments, where you are introduced early to practical chemical methods and experimental work. You will meet research-active lecturers and gain insight into everyday scientific practice in a safe and stimulating learning environment. The building also includes a restaurant and café, making it a natural place to take a break or continue discussions beyond the lab.
