Studying at: LUX and SOL
A modern study environment in historic surroundings
As a student at the Faculties of Humanities and Theology, you will spend most of your time at LUX and SOL. Here you will study in a bright and open environment, steeped in history. There are two libraries with quiet reading rooms and group rooms that you can book. The buildings are situated next to each other, right next to the large University Library and close to several student nations. It’s a 15-minute walk to the train station and to Lund city centre.
Become part of the humanities of the future
At LUX and SOL, students from all over the world come together to take part in teaching and research across more than 60 subjects. Here you can get help with career advice and guidance on exchange programmes. You can buy lunch and snacks in the restaurants or heat up your packed lunch in one of our student lounges. If you wish, you can attend a language café, join a student society or get involved in students’ rights issues through the student union.
