Sustainable Quality Management

The course is divided into three parts. First, you learn how quality management has developed over time. Then, you explore key ideas, tools and models used to manage and improve quality in organisations. Finally, you learn how to assess and measure how well an organisation works with quality.

During the course, you will learn about important concepts and methods such as quality principles, business models, and self-assessment tools. These help you understand and improve how organisations work with quality in a long-term and structured way. 

Entry requirements

Bachelor's degree that includes at least 180 credits, of which at least 90 credits or equivalent in social sciences, business administration or equivalent. English 6/English B.

Selection criteria

Seats are allocated according to: ECTS (HPAV): 100 %.

are required to pay tuition fees. You pay an instalment of the tuition fee in advance of each
semester.
