Your student email account
All students at Lund University have a Google Apps email account, which you can access using your student ID.
Your Google Apps account gives you:
- A student email account
- Google Drive – with a calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, a forms tool and a drawing tool
- Google Groups – online messaging service to interact with coursemates and friends
- Google Site – through which you can create your own website
Log in with your student account
You need a student account to log in to your email and Apps account.

IT-related issues can be reported by email or through the self-service portal (there is no physical walk-in desk).
In May 2024, you will also be able to get support via Zoom (instead of phone support).
