We have exchange agreements with 680 universities in 50 countries, enabling student exchange with partner universities right across the globe. For international exchange students we offer more than 300 courses taught in English and the chance to experience a unique European culture in a country where English is widely spoken.
To come to Lund as an exchange student, your home university must have a formal agreement for exchange studies with Lund University. The agreement can be specific to a faculty or department or it can be a university-wide agreement. Check with the International Office at your university to see if there is an agreement with Lund University.
You apply for the exchange at your home university, either through your central International Office or through an international coordinator at your department or faculty.
If your home university nominates you, you can then formally apply for exchange studies at Lund University. It is important that you have sufficient proficiency in English language.
When you have been nominated by your home university, you will receive a link to the combined online application for courses, accommodation and the mentor programme.
