Outline

The Master’s Programme in Service Management comprises 120 credits. Approximately half of the courses are shared with other Service Management students, while the other half is dedicated to your chosen specialisation. At the start of year two, you will have half a semester of elective courses or the possibility to study abroad the whole semester.

Specialisations courses 

The specialisation courses cover issues such as: 

  • the digitalisation of retail marketing 
  • strategic and critical issues in retail and place development 
  • how to conduct social media marketing 
  • how to understand consumers and consumption.
