The Student Health Centre offers this group activity to help you plan your week, reduce procrastination and get support from other students.

The group meets online on Mondays and welcomes new students every week.

The ASC can give you tips and advice on how to improve your study skills and your academic writing or reading. They offer different types of support, both on campus and digitally.
