At Lund University, you have access to a wide range of services to help you succeed in your studies and settle into student life in Sweden. Support is available throughout your studies, from academic guidance and study skills support to health services, disability support, IT assistance and career resources.
Academic guidance and study support
International coordinators, Master's coordinators and study advisers at the faculties and departments are the main contacts for most international students. They can answer questions about programmes and courses and help students find the right contact within the University.
The Academic Support Centre offers support with academic writing, reading strategies and study skills. Students can also book individual or group consultations.
Practical support and everyday life
The International Desk provides support with non-academic questions throughout the semester. Whether students need help finding their department, understanding university services or getting practical advice about everyday life in Lund, the team is available to help.
The University's Service Desk provides support with IT-related issues, including student email accounts and wireless internet access on campus.
Health and wellbeing
The Student Health Centre provides support for challenges related to student life, including stress, adjustment difficulties, sleep problems and anxiety.
Support for students with disabilities
Students with disabilities can receive support and adaptations during their studies, known as learning support.
Careers service
Lund University students have access to Career Hub, where they can find jobs, internships, career events and international opportunities. Career services are also available at several faculties.
