The study guidance services offer guidance and information when you are in the process of making educational or professional choices. We help you to clarify what your interests and abilities are prior to and during your studies.
Lund University offers both
- Master's and subject-related guidance at the different faculties/departments
- general study guidance.
What type of study guidance do you need?
Master's and subject-related study guidance
Study guidance and study information are offered through the different Lund University faculties/departments, where you can access detailed subject-related guidance with regard to the programmes and courses that are available at that particular faculty or department.
You should also contact the study guidance service at the faculty if you have questions about Master's programmes.

General study guidance
Lund University also offers general guidance services to current and prospective students who are considering applying for a programme or courses.
Please feel free to contact the general study guidance team if, for example, you are unsure about your choice of studies or you want to know more about the professional fields that different programmes lead to.
Drop-in guidance between 8 and 15 October
The general study guidance service is offering drop-in guidance by telephone and Zoom. During the period 8–15 October, you can ask your questions every weekday between 10:00–14.00. The exception is Thursday 9 October, when guidance will be available between 13:00–17:00.
The contact details will be published here on the webpage during the period 8–15 October. If you are unable to reach a particular counsellor, please feel free to contact one of the others.
