There are several opportunities for you to meet staff and current students at the Lund University campus. The different options include joining the Master's information session, a summer campus tour, or the Lund University Graduate Fair. When in Lund, you can also always visit the International Desk to get answers to more general questions.
Master's Information Session (May)*
The annual information session for prospective Master's degree students held in May gives an overview of the range of our Master's degree programmes taught in English and details about the application process. It is open to all prospective Master's students, including visitors and current exchange students. The information session is preceded by an optional campus tour for visitors. The next session will be held in May 2023.
Campus tours and information sessions (year-round)
During the summer, when most university departments are closed, prospective students, as well as newly admitted students, can join campus tours led by student ambassadors. We also offer frequent tours from March–September. The campus tours are preceded by open information sessions for prospective students and visitors.
Visit the International Desk (year-round*)
Are you currently visiting – or soon planning to visit – Lund before starting your application or your studies with us? If your visit does not coincide with any of the events or campus tours named on this webpage, you can always stop by the International Desk and ask any general questions you might have about the city of Lund, student life, studying at Lund University and a range of practical matters. The staff manning the Desk will assist you best they can.
*Check the International Desk webpage for current opening hours.
Make an appointment with programme staff
If you are visiting Lund, you may also want to make an appointment with the coordinator of the degree programme you are considering to apply to or have been admitted to and ask more specific questions, for example about the programme content and structure, courses, the teaching style, internship opportunities, lab work etc. You will find their contact details on the programme webpage. Our digital events Virtual Application Week and Subject Area Weeks will also offer excellent opportunities for you to interact with the programme staff through interactive webinars and Q&A:s.
