Scholarships open to students from various countries
Aga Khan Foundation
The Aga Khan Foundation provides need and merit-based scholarships for graduate study in development studies. Students should be from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar, Mozambique, Syria or originally come from these countries but live in France, Portugal, the UK, the USA or Canada.
Google Europe Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
The Google Europe Scholarship for Students with Disabilities is open to students with a disability, mental health or long-term health condition who are enrolled in full-time studies at a university in Europe in the following fields: computer science, computer engineering, informatics or a closely related technical field.
Swedish Women's Education Association
Swedish Women's Education Association – SWEA – offers scholarships for students interested in learning about Swedish culture by pursuing studies in Sweden. There are 70 chapters of SWEA in 30 countries.
The Gen Foundation
The Gen Foundation provides grants to postgraduate students from all backgrounds who study natural science, in particular food science/food technology.
Simeone & Miller LLP Good Lawyers/Good people Scholarship
Simeone & Miller LLP offers two scholarships per year for Law students who are currently enrolled or accepted as an undergraduate student.

Benjy Grinberg Scholarship
The Benjy Grinberg Scholarship is offered to students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program within creative fields such as art, music and design.

Scholarships open to students from specific countries
AGBU International Scholarship
Students of Armenian descent can apply for the AGBU Scholarships such as the International Scholarship, the Performing Arts Fellowship or the Religious studies Fellowship. The scholarship application usually opens in late January.
General Sir John Monash Awards
The General Sir John Monash Foundation offers scholarships for Australian citizens graduating from Australian universities for postgraduate studies at top universities abroad.
State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic Scholarship Programme
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic Scholarship Programme provides full funding for Azerbaijani citizens interested in pursuing a career in the oil and gas industry and pursuing undergraduate or master’s programs in economics, engineering, human resources management, information technology, or petroleum engineering.
Canada student finance information
The Law Foundation of British Columbia
The Law Foundation of British Columbia provides up to six graduate fellowships to students pursuing full-time graduate studies in law or a law-related area. Residents of British Columbia, graduates of a British Columbia law school and members of the British Columbia Bar are eligible to apply.
The WL Mackenzie King Memorial Scholarships
The WL Mackenzie King Memorial Scholarships are competitive scholarships open to graduates of Canadian universities who wish to pursue full-time graduate studies, in any field, in Canada or abroad.
CONICYT offers funding to students from Chile wishing to study degree programmes abroad.
Students in Colombia can apply for scholarships with funding from COLFUTURO.
Citadel Capital Scholarship Foundation
The Citadel Capital Scholarship Foundation is a need-based scholarship for Egyptian students who wish to pursue Master's or PhD abroad in all fields of study. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of post-graduation work experience.
Seceretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación administer two types of SENESCYT scholarships for students from Equador who wish to study abroad: One for students who have been admitted to studies at approved top universities, including Lund University (applications are accepted all year round). The other scholarships are offered to students applying for studies in science, engineering, medicine and information and communication science.
Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) offers funding to students from Ghana to study abroad.

The Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation offers scholarships for talented students from India to study at top universities abroad.
JN Tata Endowment Loan Scholarships
Indian nationals can apply for the J.N. Tata Endowment Loan Scholarships for for higher education studies abroad in all disciplines and subjects.
Lady Meherbai D. Tata Education Trust Scholarships
The Lady Meherbai D. Tata Education Trust Scholarships awards Indian female postgraduates to pursue an education abroad.
Ravi Sankaran Fellowship Program
The Ravi Sankaran Fellowship Program is open to Indian students who want to make a difference to biodiversity conservation.
Lund University has an agreement with LPDP which allows Indonesian students to apply for full scholarships from LPDP. For information about eligibility and the application process for the LPDP scholarships, please see LPDP's website.
Bolashak Scholarships for students from Kazakhstan
The Bolashak scholarship programme enables high achieving students from Kazakhstan to study at top universities around the world. It is offered by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and prioritises studies in the areas of Engineering, Science, Medicine, Law and Business.
Hong Leong Foundation Master’s Scholarship
The Hong Leong Foundation offers scholarships to Malaysian citizens under 35 years-old to study an approved Master's degree outside of Malaysia. The scholarship aims to provide opportunities for further study to students who have demonstrated both academic excellence and the potential to become leaders, decision-makers, and entrepreneurs. Successful applicants will receive tuition coverage and a living allowance up to RM 250 000 for the duration of study.
CONACyT awards scholarships for Mexican students wishing to study abroad.
FIDERH has an agreement with Lund University and offers funding to Mexican students wishing to undertake graduate study abroad.
Fundación Mexicana para la Educación, la Tecnología y la Ciencia (FUNED) have an agreement with Lund University and offers funding for Mexican students who wish to study abroad

Myanmar study abroad website
Myanmar students (admitted to Master's studies at Lund University) on a full scholarship from Lund University can, in addition, apply for a scholarship covering living expenses from the charity Prospect Burma.
Thabyay administer scholarships for Myanmar students for a number of foundations, including Prospect Burma (PB), Supplementary Grant Program Asia (SGPA), B K Kee Foundation, Jetana Foundation, Lloyd George Asia Foundation (LGAF), Junior Faculty Scholarship Program (JFSP – OSF), Arohana.

Omani Government Scholarships
The Omani Government Scholarships enables Omani students to study at top universities abroad, including Lund University.

Qatar government scholarship programmes
The Higher Education Instititute of Qatar administer governmental scholarship programmes such as the "Tamim bin Hamad" scholarship and the "Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani" scholarship for studies at some of the best universities in the world. Lund University is on the list of approved supported universities.
Global Education Program – Russian Government scholarship scheme
The federal educational grant program GEP allows Russian students to carry out full-time postgraduate studies at the one of the top 150 universities of the world, including Lund University. Eligible fields of study are: science, engineering, medicine, education and management in social sphere. Scholarship recipients are expected to return to Russia and work in the field of gained qualification for a period of at least 3 year. A*STAR Science Scholarships
The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) offers scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students from Singapore studying Science, Technology, Research or Innovation at a top global university.
FirstRand Laurie Dippenaar Scholarship
The FirstRand Laurie Dippenaar Scholarship is available to a South African citizen for postgraduate study in any discipline at an internationally recognised university outside of South Africa.
Office of the Civil Service Commission
The Office of the Civil Service Commission offers scholarships to Thai students or civil servants to undertake studies in fileds that prepare them for work in the public sector.
Regeneration Center of Thailand
The Regeneration Center of Thailand offers a scholarship to the winner of an essay contest. Students of ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) descent are eligible to apply. The ASEAN member states include: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme
The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme aims to increase Turkey-EU relations and offers scholarships for university studies for periods of minimum 3 (three), maximum 12 (twelve) months (academic studies longer than 12 months will not be supported even if the scholars are willing to fund the remaining period). Turkish nationals (and nationals of EU Member Countries or IPA Beneficiary Countries) who are attached to a university or organisation in Turkey are eligible to apply.
The Ministry of Education Scholarship Programme
The Turkish Ministry of Education (Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı) annually offers the scholarship "MEB Bursu" for Turkish Master's programme students, covering education and living expenses.
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Government Scholarships Programme United Arab Emirates (UAE)
The United Arab Emirate Ministry of Higher Education offer scholarships for studies at recognised universities abroad, including Lund University.
American Swedish Institute scholarships
The American Swedish Institute periodically offers scholarships open to U.S. residents who wish to study in Sweden.
American Women's Club travel grant
The Jessie Lokrantz scholarship is a travel scholarship managed by the American Women's Club Stockholm and is open to American citizens (male and female).
Swedish Women's Education Association
SWEA – Swedish Women's Education Association – offers scholarships for students interested in learning about Swedish culture by pursuing studies in Sweden. There are SWEA chapters across the US, with some offering scholarships specifically for studies at Lund University (for instance SWEA Orange County).
