View details of your studies in Ladok
Ladok is a system for the documentation of results for university students in Sweden. Lund University’s local register holds information about undergraduate, Master’s and doctoral students.
What Ladok can be used for
If you are a current student at Lund University, you can view your academic details and results in Ladok and you can use the system to generate and print out a transcript of records (among others). You can log in to Ladok via the Student Portal using your student account.
Check and update your details in Ladok
It is important that you make sure that your contact details and personal information in the Student Portal and Ladok are up-to-date. The University needs to have correct information to be able to issue correct transcripts and diplomas.
Please update your contact information in the following way:
- Log in to the Student Portal
- Click on 'Ladok'
- Click on 'My pages'
- Edit your contact information
- Click on 'Save'
If you have received a personal identification number from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), please send an email stating your temporary as well as your new personal identification number to ladok [at] stu [dot] lu [dot] se.
Print out a transcript of records
You can create a verifiable transcript of records, showing your study results, in the Student Portal using your student account. Please contact your department or the International Desk if you need a manually signed transcript.
