MASTER’S PROGRAMME IN PUBLIC HEALTH
The following supporting documents are required to successfully apply to the Master's programme in Public Health. You can create your own programme-specific documents based on the instructions below and upload these documents to your account at University Admissions.

- Certificates of employment – The certificate should include information about your position, period of time that you were employed, name of the organisation/employer and information about your tasks/assignments.
- Statement of purpose for instructions, see below.
Curriculum Vitae
A clear and well-structured CV should include the headings listed below, with subsequent and relevant information under each heading. You can choose a template of your choice.
Education
Should include completed and ongoing university degree studies. Include the following information for each degree:
- Name of institution/university
- Name of the degree
- Grade Point Average or the equivalent, if available
- Date starting and date ending
- ECTS or the equivalent
Work experience
Should include completed and ongoing employments. Include the following information for each employment:
- Name of employer
- Type of work
- Date starting and date ending
Volunteer work
Should include completed and ongoing volunteer work. Include the following information for each experience:
- Name of organization
- Type of volunteering
- Date starting and date ending
Research experience
Should include completed and ongoing research projects that you have been involved with. Include the following information for each project:
- Name of institution/university
- Your role within the project
- Date starting and date ending
Publications
Should only include already publicized material. Include the following information for each publication:
- Publication reference
- Date of the publication
Statement of Purpose
We would like you to write a statement of purpose that focuses on answering the following questions:
- What is your main motivation for choosing to enrol for a Master's in Public Health degree at Lund University?
- Which two public health issues of global concern intrigue you, and how would you like to approach them?
Use no more than 800 words in total (i.e. for the entire statement of purpose). Please note that references are not counted in the 800 words. You can structure the text in the way that suits you best.
