Pre-departure events in the USA hosted by Lund University

Our Strategic Recruitment Manager for North America, Audrey Savage-Hultgren, will be visiting several cities in the USA for pre-departure meetings with admitted students. These events will be a chance to learn about next steps, ask questions in person, and meet other admitted students in the area. 

Admitted students will get invitations to join via email once the admission results are announced in late March.

Pre-departure event in Brazil hosted by Lund University

Our Regional Coordinator for Latin America, Miguel Cornejo Herrera, will host a congratulatory meeting for admitted students on admission day in São Paulo, Brazil. This event will be a chance to learn more about Lund University and meet other admitted students in the area.

Admitted students will receive invitations once the admission results are announced in late March.

Study in Sweden pre-departure events in Latin America hosted by embassies

The Swedish Embassies in Mexico-City and São Paulo are hosting Study in Sweden pre‑departure events. Lund University staff will not be in attendance at these events, but they will still be helpful for admitted students to attend to learn more about Sweden and meet other admitted students you’re your area. 

Admitted students will receive invitations once the admission results are announced in late March. When you receive yours, just follow the instructions and make sure to register. Spots can fill up quickly, so make sure to sign up as soon as you can to secure your place.

Several Swedish Embassies in Asia are hosting Study in Sweden pre‑departure events. Representatives from Lund University will be present at all of these event. They will be a chance to learn about next steps, ask questions in person, and meet other admitted students in the area.

The Swedish Embassy in London is hosting a Study in Sweden pre‑departure event that Lund University will be attending. This event will include information talks on migration and alumni stories, and will be a chance for admitted students to learn more about Sweden and meet other admitted students from your area.
