As a student in the Bioinformatics programme, you have the opportunity to carry out a project as an elective or optional course within the programme. During the course, you work independently on a research project within a research group, and the course concludes with a scientific report and an oral presentation.

This flexible course allows you to engage in bioinformatics research tailored to your interests. Collaborate with experienced researchers to address real-life scientific challenges.

You will design and execute your own project, gaining hands-on experience in bioinformatics techniques and tools. Whether you are exploring genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, or other fields, this course equips you with practical skills and critical thinking abilities.

This course centers around a self-driven research project, supported by supervision from skilled researchers in bioinformatics. During the course, you will:

  • Gain experience in scientific writing, reporting, and data visualization.

Seats are allocated according to: ECTS (HPAV): 100 %.
