The research group ”Clinical and experimental urothelial carcinoma research” conducts translational and clinical research. With the aim to improve prognostication and develop biomarkers for prediction of treatment response for patients with bladder cancer and upper urinary tract urothelial carcinomas. The clinical projects focus on optimizing surgical treatment, minimizing complications and improve functional outcomes after surgery for the same patients.
