Description

Huminfra is a Swedish national infrastructure supporting digital and experimental research in the Humanities. Huminfra is a consortium consisting of 12 nodes across 11 universities and organisations, coordinated by Lund University Humanities Lab. Huminfra is funded by the Swedish Research Council, and the consortium nodes. The web-based information platform huminfra.se compiles and links to Swedish digital/e-scientific data sets, tools, expertise and educational opportunities and makes these easily identifiable and accessible. This single entry to relevant resources and tools contributes to efficient use of national resources at the cutting edge. Further, Huminfra creates new national courses in e-scientific/digital methods, and hosts the Swedish national membership in the European Research Infrastructure Consortium, The Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities (DARIAH ERIC).
