Lund University offers a number of electronic services and resources to facilitate your work as a student. Use your student account to access many of these services.
IT services and resources
Your student account gives you access to a number of electronic services, including:
- your student email
- wireless internet on campus
- computers on campus
- Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and storage space)
- different types of software (including Microsoft Office 365).
As a student at Lund University, you have access to a range of software to support you with your studies.
If you are on campus, you can use the wireless network Eduroam. If you are outside the University's network, you can instead use a virtual private network (VPN) to establish a connection. You also have access to a number of databases and e-journals through the University.
IT support and operating information
Please contact LU ServiceDesk if you experience any IT-related problems. You can contact LU ServiceDesk through the self-service portal, phone or email (there is no walk-in desk available). The self-service portal also provides the latest operating information, as well as user guides for the majority of Lund University's systems.
