This web form is for those who are interested in becoming a note-taker and are studying at Campus Helsingborg or the Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts.

If you are interested in becoming a note-taker and are studying at Campus Helsingborg or the Faculty of Fine and Performing Arts, you can register your interest by filling in the fields below.

The information is sent to the relevant coordinator at Disability Support Services, who will be notified that you are available for an assignment. The coordinator will get back to you when there is an assignment for you. The assignment involves sharing notes with up to three students.

Please note that you will need a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) in order to take on an assignment as a note-taker. A temporary personal identity number (TF-nummer) will not work.

This field should only be filled in if you are reading a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme. If you are taking stand-alone courses, you can skip this field.
