X-courses

Get new perspectives or deepen your knowledge and earn more credits. X-courses are short, flexible and credit-earning, and you can take them in parallel with your programme.

By studying x-courses, you can supplement your education with new perspectives and knowledge. The courses are specially designed to suit those who are already studying by being:

  • short
  • flexible
  • offered on campus, online or in a hybrid format.

Those who are enrolled at Lund University in spring 2025 have priority for course places, but everyone is welcome to apply.

Try something new or deepen your knowledge

X-courses are perfect if you are looking for something extra, and enable you to benefit from the University’s breadth and expertise. You get the chance to try something outside your main field of study or deepen your knowledge even more. Take the opportunity to network by meeting students from other programmes and encountering other perspectives and get more out of your period of study, while also earning credits.
