Apply for your degree certificate
When you have completed your studies at Lund University and meet the degree requirements, you can apply for your degree certificate.
Degree certificate
The degree certificate is issued free of charge, upon your request, by the Degree Office once you have completed your studies. The degree certificate is a document written in both Swedish and English. It shows the title of your degree (for example 'Bachelor of Science') and your major as well as all the courses included in your degree.
An appendix called the Diploma Supplement (DS) is also enclosed. The Diploma Supplement is issued in English and describes the nature, level and content of your education as well as its place in the Swedish education system. This document promotes academic recognition and international comparability of your degree and thereby facilitates mobility either for postgraduate studies or employment.
Note that you can only get the original degree certificate once and that you cannot apply for a Diploma Supplement separately.
