Information for note-takers

Registration every semester for note-takers

When you register as a note-taker or when the number of students with whom you share notes has increased, you simply notify registreringpedstod [at] stu [dot] lu [dot] se.

Timesheets for note-takers

You are responsible for reporting your hours worked in Primula during the current semester. When your employment ends, you lose access to Primula and will no longer be able to report your hours. Therefore, it is important not to delay reporting but to do it on a continuous basis during the current semester.

It is not sufficient for the note-taker to report their hours worked in Primula. For your hours to be approved in Primula, the students who have been granted learning support in the form of your notes must send in documentation confirming your hours, using the form below.

Remember that this is to be done after you have sent in your hours as a note-taker to Primula. This specifies how many hours you have worked and between which dates the work was done.

You can log in to Primula to monitor the status of your cases. There you will also see who is handling your case, the justification for any returned timesheets and other important information. Always check the status of your case before contacting the Disability Support Service or the National Government Service Centre with questions.
