you must attach the following documents to your application:

    • Traineeship: Three-Party Agreement
    • Clinical placement or work placement that can be accredited within a degree: Nomination letter/acceptance decision, or Learning Agreement or Three-Party Agreement.
    • Exchange studies: nomination letter from SoleMove or a letter of acceptance from the host university

After you have submitted your application

External Relations receives all the applications and carries out an initial technical check to ensure that they are complete and meet the requirements.

Grant applications for data collection are then submitted to the relevant faculty or department for assessment before a decision is made by External Relations.

In the case of grant applications for other activities, the decision is made by the relevant faculty on the basis of selection criteria provided by External Relations.

If you have previously been awarded any of the following scholarships by Lund University, your application will not be prioritised:

  • Crafoord Foundation travel grant
  • Erasmus+ grant for exchange studies
  • Erasmus+ traineeship grant
  • Nordplus/Nordlys
  • Minor Field Studies
