Read the instructions below carefully and submit the file directly to Lund University according to the information found at the bottom of this page. Do not submit the file to University Admissions in Sweden.
Compile the following documents in a single pdf file (maximum 10 MB):
- A one page application summary - see layout guidelines
- CV - make sure to include your contact information.
- A one page statement of purpose - the statement of purpose should reflect your ambition and interest in the field of architecture, and how you see the Lund programme within this context.
- Portfolio - Your portfolio should reflect the scope and variety of your previous training and represent your personal interests and abilities. The portfolio should show how you research and explore a design project and how you develop your ideas. When group projects and/or professional work is presented, clearly indicate and reflect over your own contribution.
A hardcopy of the portfolio is not requested.
Digital portfolio requirements
Use the name format: last name_first name_application number
Your application number is the number generated by University Admissions upon application. If you re-submit an updated/altered version of your file, clearly indicate this in the email subject field and add the date at the end of the file name (last name_first name_application number_ddmmyy).
All the elements of your digital portfolio must be contained within a single pdf file (maximum 10 MB in size). Documents submitted in other formats and/or in separate files will not be considered.
Submission and deadline
Email your pdf file directly to Lund University on portfolio [dot] masterinarchitecture [at] master [dot] lth [dot] se before the document deadline. The document deadline is 1 February 2018 for the programme starting in autumn 2018.
