Description

Currently, the focus of the group’s research has been on the relationship between room acoustics and voice use in teachers. This work, supported by AFA insurance, examines the prevalence and aetiology of voice disorders in teachers in Southern Sweden, applying a blend of techniques: questionnaires, high-speed laryngeal imaging, acoustic and perceptual voice analysis, and field studies of voice use. The work is made in collaboration with The Technical University of Denmark.
