Summary, in English

In this paper we treat the solvability of a general problem of linear electromagnetics. More precisely, we study the propagation (in the time domain) of electromagnetic fields in a bianisotropic medium, which presents dispersion. This is modeled by linear constitutive relations containing convolution terms. So the problem is represented by an integrodifferential equation in some appropriate Hilbert space and then is treated with the use of the vector-valued Laplace transform.
