Husserlian phenomenological theory is offered as an integrated and integrating for an understanding of management decision making and related issues in work and organizational sciences. The aspects of meaning, meaning constitution, subjective processes, and perspectives, mutual understanding of each other´s perspective, individuals as horizons of possible worlds are central to this conception, making managemental understanding of employess possibilities of contributions of capital importance for a positive development. Two softwares, MCA (Meaning Constitution Analysis) and Sphinx Lexica are presented, as valuables instruments allowing for a systemic, value and culture free treatment of qualitvtive data and permittning also for different kinds of statistical treatament obsolete. Also great flexivility and richness of analysis is made possible by the joint use of these softwares.
