About the programme
Why did you choose Lund University and why did this particular programme appeal to you?
"I moved to Lund in 2022, giving myself a break from my banking profession. I wanted to continue studies in my field of specialisation in engineering and it could not have been any better than starting the Master's in Wireless Communications at Lund University. Being an international student in Lund
How do you like living in Sweden? Did you feel welcome here? What surprised you most about Sweden?
"Sweden is quite a cold country compared to where I am from, but with warm people. I found it very welcoming here and the fact that I could manage my life by speaking English. Learning Swedish is always desired, but if one is lazy, no one will discriminate against you in this aspect. What surprised me the most are very long hauls of drizzling rain, sun cycles over the seasons and the vividly beautiful nature."
What are the highlights of your time here so far?
"A unique experience living abroad, a wonderful season of snow, and flexible academic life."
What is studying in Sweden like compared to studying in your country or other countries you studied in?
"Compared to my home country, the programme allows a student to conduct a very practical approach to the subject, leveraging one’s potential to solve real-life problems."
